Today evening is a very special one…purely family time…last day of the vacation…
Had to buy some accessories for my newly painted home and the plan was dinner and a movie…
To be or not to be (to wear or not to wear a saree) was the proverbial Hamletian contemplation…and I decided to go for it with a little encouragement from Nilesh
Typically I never pick up or wear too many of these earthly colours….but this biscuit coloured saree with a black border of paisleys …attracted me while at @Manoranjansarees…Had gone there to pick up some dress material and there was this elderly lady holding up the saree at the glass window to perhaps check on the colour. The pallu attracted me and I could not concentrate on the fabric being shown to me. I was actually waiting for the lady to drop the saree and she did…
I casually walked up to the counter and picked up the saree…a super soft kota which spelt simple elegance and without giving a second thought went to the cash counter…
The dress material had to wait…
Wore it for the first time for a conference at Shivaji University, Kolhapur with a black khann blouse….the ladies there loved it…
We went to Mahalaxmi Temple and then shopping near the temple premises and came across this small shop selling choli material….that is where I found this gold dotted black one…
A simple flat black bead mala and black and silver danglers with my new black sling bag…good to go…
Enjoyed dinner at Zaffran at RCity and then Tanu Weds Manu….ok types….
