This became a catalyst for many more to join in, from all over the world, in showing the sarees they had some love. Soon a saree narrative began to emerge. A narrative that through the medium of the saree began to weave stories of triumph & stories of tribute. Stories about relationships, about all that we hold dear to us have been shared and we invite you to join in the celebration.

The saree is now a medium to tell your story. An instance, a memory, something quirky, or just how you are feeling wearing it. Add a photograph. Submit your story here.

Social media has played a big role in taking the pact to the world and we have all used Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr to hashtag our posts #100sareepact and share them there also.

This blog is an invitation to join and share the magic. Celebrate life, celebrate relationships, celebrate your past, your heritage, your memories, your moments, your connections through saree wearing. Enjoy the stories shared already, be enthralled ! Bring your sarees and their stories out into the world. Let them spread the happiness and positivity that we have all been surrounded with.

For those who don’t wear sarees, men and women, the saree is most definitely part of your psyche too. Share stories related to sarees that you remember from your life and the women in it.

This blog will always remain free from any commercial compulsions. It is an open, crowd sourced platform for story telling. Tell your saree story.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
