a mysore georgette saree in bottle green with olive green paisley motifs printed all over n my very favourite super thin golden border!..this was a gift from my very sweet kaki Jayasree Dasgupta..

Today was another rain-drenched working day..i particularly m not very fond of d rains, especially if i have to step out of d house coz, for me, rainy days are meant for lazing around in d house..sipping on a cup of hot coffee.. reading my favourite book or listening to romantic songs!..
However, today was a bit different..i was in d mood to love d rains a bit..i mean its not dat everything about d rains is that bad..nature looks lovely when d rains kiss her..d ripples in d waters of ponds n lakes, d sighs of relief in d people after days of enduring d scorching humid Bengal summer, d plants laughing n dancing under d heavy showers of rain..all these look sooo lovely!..n today as i said i wanted to appreciate it all..n so green was my choice for d day..my way of showing my love for d rains..for nature!

I somehow feel dat rains n dance are made for each other..dancing in the rains must feel so lovely..though i have’nt quite tried it ever..in fact, inspite of having a deep passion for dancing i have never been able to learn or practise it as such..n it continues to be one of my deepest regrets till date..but then again i have seen..my luck as far as my passion is concerned, is a bit ill-fated..be it an art or even a person.. though physically i cant, my mind does a bit of tango or salsa at times..n i try to keep myself happy that way..
