#76 Goddess Chandraghanta is worshipped on 3rd day of navratri. This is a married form of Parvati. She mounts on tiger, wears Chandra (half moon) on her forehead which looks like bell and has ten hands. This form of Goddess is a symbol of beauty, peace, serenity and prosperity.
I am wearing a Kanjeevaram silk from my wedding pitara. Even my anklets were bought then and I choose to dress up as we went to temple to offer Goddess Durga prasad and take her blessings.
