Finally, to bring the saree story to a finale, I heard a speech in Gujarati, by an amazing woman in a saree. I don’t know the language but could clearly understand every single word she said. Beautiful words filled with love and wisdom. Her love for her children and grandchildren was evident. There were many pearls of wisdom, bur to me the key takeaway from her was that “one can live anywhere, be of any faith, but the kids always learn what they see. Teach them to love and care for family by your actions. Be that person who imbibes the culture in your child, by reaching and caring more than simply teaching “
