A recent purchase…fell in love with the bright purple blue and red checks combination…. My love for sarees started early in my corporate career when as a youngster, out on her job, just didn’t have ‘proper’ corporate attire. Coming from a middle class background with 2 siblings to support, corporate clothes were low on the priority list. So mom’s, grandma’s, aunt’s sarees were on the loot list with a black, cream, maroon, green, red blouse. The number of sarees one can wear with just those colors is amazing!!
