Saree Story
\n14\/100 is a Tussar silk.
\nThe raw tussar colour base has wonderful uncommon patterns of cobalt & cerulean blue in the border and fall.
\nTo add a bit punch, there are subtle golden thread works throughout.<\/p>\n
As shared in my first story, I have an uncanny attraction towards all the shades of blue.
\nThis Tussar and blue combination with abstract work was more than enough to invite me for the purchase.
\nHowever this saree turned out to be a gift (when I asked my father to sponsor the same) and wore it for the first time during Kali Puja at my place almost 4years back.<\/p>\n
Saree Moment\/Occasion
\n14\/100 moment of #100sareepact was FUN mixed with a CAUSE.
\nThis week, from office we attended an interaction where we distributed colourful books, gifts, and interesting reading materials to a NGO- Hope Centre at Salt Lake.
\nIt was such a Fun when these unprivileged kids got connected and the saree earned such a memorable moment with their touches and love.
\nWe posed, we danced; we did Maths & English class\u2026
\nMy personal take away was a new song for my Life, \u2018Ei Jibone\u2026.Jishu achhen. (Christ is there in this Life despite all odds. So just cheer!!!) HOHO!!!\u2019 \ud83d\ude42 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
One of my colleagues shared,she sees \u2018an ocean\u2019 in my saree that day.
\nIndeed my friends, despite so mannnyyy odds of Life, we have \u2018Ocean of Hopes\u2019 inside all of us.
