\nThis is Bengali taanth saree, which I raided from my mothers cupboard a week back. Love the color combination:)
\nHad to wear it today. This brings back sweet memories from old Calcutta I lived some years ago. Some of the best days I have experienced there. And that’s the reason I am partial towards Bengalis smile emoticon had so many Bangla friends who made me pure non veggie for some time. Later I joined Sql star international and HCL Infosys. Met more loving friends and had more awesome time stretching to Canada and back in Delhi.
\nI still remember the comments when I landed in Kolkata from Meerut.

\nThen I learned Bangla. And got to hear “bhalo, ekta taan ache ” smile emoticon
\nAnd of course my first Bangla sentence was “kauto kaure?”. Had to be for a shopaholic me…..<\/p>\n
Proud to say In that short time I learned to read and speak Bangla. Remembering all my Bong connections– love you all and thanks for being a part of my life.<\/p>\n
