A couple of years ago, I entered a boutique to buy a saree and my eyes fell on a lovely black and maroon one. It was love at first sight. As I touched it, a voice from nowhere reached my ears. Its one of my shortlisted sarees is what another shopper told me softly. With a sigh, I browsed through the huge collection in the store. But I kept an eye on the black saree. But some things are never meant to be. I went ahead and picked this vibrant soft crepe saree. Very contemporary and chic. Every time I wear this, I am reminded of the black saree which was never meant to be mine. : )))
