And little peacocks preening themselves in glorious Kalamkari appliqu\u00e9 work on it.  Can&#8217;t call it any thing but Mayura can I?<br \/>\nThe dull fawn or biscuit colour goes well with the contrast of the Kalamkari blouse I&#8217;m wearing from quite another saree of course. ( for another post )<br \/>\nAnd I love the Owl and Bird series of Parama Ghosh so I chose an owl locket on a light weight set picked up at an exhibition for a farewell function in college.
