Today was an early morning start with a saree. I went for my first Easter mass. It was lovely & it reminded me of my experiences growing up in a Christian school. But…what was a wow factor when I bought the fabric n turned it into a saree became an ‘ow’ factor.
\nThis saree has a predominant texture. It’s machine made but in a jacquard pattern, so the little fibers that give it the effect of a design in semi-transparency–actually translate as little bristles when in contact wth skin. Ow ow ow. It was so itchy n furry. And surely not certified for chennai. Lol.
\nBut I’m surely not giving up on it. The Tailor Anna has to refix the falls & I’ll turn over the saree in reverse. Problem solved<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
