i remmbr last year it was so hot evn in April n no signs of rain.. we had to go to kalibari (a temple of maa kali, and a common place where all bengalis meet up on thse auspicious occasions)
\ni thought of wearing a salwar bcoz the heat ws unbearable.. bt my mom in law was so particular of me wearing a silk saree n gt dressed like a typical bengali bride..<\/p>\n
and i ended up wearing ths saree 4m her collection.. all the aunties wre so happily staring and praising me.. (n i kinda liked it too\/ n to say bearing the heat ws fruitful) .. <\/p>\n
these sarees are especially confined for bengali brides.. and my father in law expired 3yrs ago.. mom ws really emotional 2 c me in ths sari.. n ws regretting cz she cant wear ths sari anymore, as the society wdnt accpt it, whereas it ws a gift from my father in law.. bt she is happy dt now m carrying out the legacy..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
