So at Samovar, I was dared to put chilly sauce in my bottle of beer and drink it with a straw. I did. \u2028<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/monishasen\">Monisha Sen<\/a> was my witness.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/poonam.chawla.946\">Poonam Chawla<\/a>, &amp; I, would go there for chats and chaat and the paneer roll.<\/p>\n<p>Back to the present, and I spent the day crisscrossing the city, on work.<\/p>\n<p>Then this evening, I attended a prayer meeting to celebrate the life of a lady I had never met. But her grand daughter, and my good friend, has most certainly inherited the free spirit, will and the gumption to break away from &#8220;takiyanusi&#8221; stereotypes that she said her Nani always urged them to shed.<\/p>\n<p>RIP Puri Nani.<\/p>\n<p>Saree #27\/100, of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/100sareepact?source=feed_text&amp;story_id=10205415027669132\">\u202a#\u200e100sareepact<\/a> , toned down for the serious events of the day, a smooth, slip through a ring silk, in tie and dye.
