\nThis saree is straight from Sambhalpur. I went there 7years back with Milind to attend some event. Our host gifted me this beautiful saree with one more sarees. I have worn that few times during the pact. Just to recall will post the pictures in the comments.

I wanted to visit Hirakud dam which is only 15kms from Sambhalpur, but due to time constraint couldn’t do it. We have grown up reading about it in our school text book that this is the longest dam in India.
\nMaybe next time when I visit Lord Jagannath and Kornark temple, I will try and make a visit again to Sambhalpur for Hirakud Dam and of course lots of Sambhalpuri sarees.
