It is one of the finest muslin textiles of Bengal, produced in Dhaka, Bangladesh for centuries.<br \/>\nThe sensitive weavers and artisans of this art form took inspirations for their weave designs from the life around them, from simple things such as a broken comb to things in the nature such as plants, the earth, the stars or the solar system.<\/p>\n<p>I have 5 different pastel shaded Dhakais, but this blue piece has a special soft corner in my wardrobe\u2026<br \/>\nFirstly it is #blue, secondly I wore this for the first time for my beloved\u2026<br \/>\nThe pairing blouse has a special story too; the tailor came and delivered the blouse at my place just 15 minutes before my saree drape\u2026<br \/>\nI was furious since after designing it, the tailor misplaced and finally found it after a long gap thus the delivery got delayed\u2026<br \/>\nThe special blue\/pearl jewellery was also a part for this entire look.<\/p>\n<p>40\/100 of #100sareepact is such a wonderful memory to be treasured for my saree story series; I name it as SKY DHAKAI\u2026.
