\n50th saree in the pact and it had to be special! What better way than to celebrate this day in the name of the 1st Indian National Handloom Day in my own small way! A saree date with friends!
\nInvited a few friends home and the dress code for the evening was saree, it could be cottons or hand looms and very sportively they all joined in to celebrate!
\nIt was an interesting evening where we talked about our sarees which was followed by eating, laughing, shooting loads of pictures and making merry!! We ended our party by singing golden oldies and ghazals!
\nBelow are a few pictures of my beautiful friends and what they had to say about their sarees! It was a complete evening and a joyous one at that!
