Mom’s Salem cotton saree, which has two of my favourite colours – blue and red. This saree was a gift from my aunt in law to mom. She and my uncle in law and my parents have a very warm equation and she always says my parents are her favourite ‘samdhis’. Mom and she often visited their respective offspring in California at the same time and since they live close by, the two ladies would get together for a good natter.<\/p>\n
