Anju Maudgal Kadam has spent twelve years in the television industry as a business journalist & director of programming, and says she reached for a saree even as a rookie reporter to interview heads of companies because it boosted her confidence. She thinks sarees at work lend a formality to attire and the workplace, at the same time. Weddings & festivals always had her reaching for sarees too.

An amateur photographer & a dedicated yogini, a mother & an entrepreneur, she believes life is full of small moments of celebration of goodness, honesty and kindness.

A story teller, she says her “aha moment “ is when a story touches the heart. She believes that is the only story worth telling.

Anju Maudgal Kadam is founder & director at WebTv.in. A communications consultant, filmmaker, mentors on the Sheroes platform to bring more women into the workforce and Ambassador for Pinkathon – India’s only women run.

Ally Matthan spends stolen time pulling sarees out of her cupboard and imagines herself a Kanjeevaram Rani on another planet. Annually she treats herself to a textile trail. This year she has promised to share narratives around the beautiful weaves of her make-believe life.

Quirky and curious by nature she has an obsessive interest in her family, dogs, shoes, arts and crafts and excercising.
Enthusiastic about people, she values integrity, kindness, warmth and cherishes the finer moments that life throws up.

In the real world, Ally Matthan is a perfumer – her job involves translating stories into fragrances.
